Gardner Williams and Stephen Toomey of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services announce the sale of a lakeside lot in the TimberMill Shores development to South Valley Bank & Trust.

Williams said "To have this commitment from one of the premier financial institutions in Klamath County validates the vision of TimberMill Shores and the plans to turn this development on Lake Ewauna into an exciting community for banking, retail, restaurants, and other small to mid-size businesses."

Toomey added, "This lakeside development is a natural extension of downtown Klamath. The layout of lots, greenbelts, streets and sidewalks will give pedestrians access to the whole area. It will allow for shopping, working and enjoying a fantastic meal with the addition of a very fine dining restaurant. All are in the works for this location."

South Valley Bank & Trust is headquartered in Klamath Falls and is a privately owned community bank currently operating 11 branches in Southern Oregon, The Rogue Valley and Central Oregon. In addition to the recent commitment to TimberMill Shores, plans are also underway for a Washburn Way location.

In addition to the South Valley B&T, other lots at TimberMill have been aquired by Oxford Suites, Amerititle, Aspen Title & Escrow, and John L Scott.
