TimberMill Shores has a successful 3rd Summer Concert Season

For Immediate Release
August 30, 2004

Klamath Falls, Ore - For the 3rd consecutive year, TimberMill Shores sponsored two outdoor summer concerts along Lake Ewauna and adjacent to Veteran's Park in Downtown Klamath Falls. The first concert, July 14th saw Jason Johnston a popular name in the country music arena. The second concert, August 11th, had The Bond Brothers, a popular blues and light rock band from Bend, Oregon. Both concerts saw nearly two thousand people attend. The concerts each and every year are free for the public. This year, the Ross Ragland Theater became a partner with TimberMill Shores with these events. Therefore, proceeds from beer and wine sales, food and business booth vendor receipts and other sponsors receipts are provided to the Ross Ragland Theater.

Like the last two years, Cascade Auto Group was the main sponsor of the events. Cascade brought down 10-15 new vehicles for the public to look over. With the new Subaru Dealership they opened this summer, it gave Cascade a great opportunity to showcase some of those vehicles along with their other lines of Chevrolet and Honda vehicles.

Other larger sponsors include KDKF and 99.5 The Rock. The events were also supported by Graphic Press, American Sanitation, Waste Management and Superior Fencing.

This year, TimberMill Shores allowed some additional business vendors which included Cellular One, At Work Personnel Services, YMCA and Great Basin Visitor Association. Additional food vendors were also added to handle the crowds more effectively. Food vendors on hand during the 2004 season included Wubba's BBQ, Above and Beyond Catering, Blue Palm Café, Tacos Corona, MC's on Main, Happy's Hot Dogs, Antonio's Cucina Italiana.

TimberMill Shores and Summit Certified Home Inspections would like to thank all who supported these great community events. With an expanded Veteran's Park to the waterfront in the works, these events will undoubtedly on become bigger and better every year.
