"TimberMill Shores Drive" to become developments' first roadway

For Immediate Release
Feb. 11, 2005

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. -- TimberMill Shores has submitted a subdivided plat to the City of Klamath Falls. Upon approval of this plat, a new roadway will be constructed to open up the northern half (Phase I) of the 50 acre development. A TimberMill spokesman indicated that this project's timing is perfect with the recent frenzy of real estate activity with the Klamath Basin. The roadway will begin at the intersection of Klamath Avenue and 2nd Street and extends through the TimberMill Development to 4th Street and Plum. It will open up an additional 14 lots for either sale or lease. Construction on the process is scheduled to begin February 2006. Once the roadway is near complete, TimberMill Shores will then look to offer build to suit options for investors and businesses looking to locate within the TimberMill Shores waterfront community. A TimberMill spokesman indicated a very strong interest in both sales and lease options already, but declined any specific company information at this time.
