TimberMill Shores is a rarity in today's world. This undeveloped downtown waterfront site is visible and has easy access to and from the busy Highway 97 corridor. The site boasts miles of undeveloped waterfront acreage and all within the CBD of downtown Klamath Falls and the popular "Main Street" properties, which have undergone major renovations over the past few years. TimberMill Shores, with all of its present and planned amenities, will undoubtedly create one of the most unique downtown settings in the United States. Geothermal Utilities
Timbermill Shores is the first development in Klamath Falls to include renewable, sustainable, geothermal energy in the basic utility infrastructure.

The use of alternative "green" building methods and materials is strongly encouraged in the TimberMill Shores development. We recommend the implementation of green design and construction practices in areas where the building owner has control. The effects of improved indoor environmental quality, energy and water efficient buildings raises the standard of conventional building design and construction. Methods of passive solar design, renewable energy and energy management are encouraged with the development of each site and building. Refer to the LEED, "Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design" website http://www.usgbc.com/ .
